Welcome to The Rockton Lions Club

The Rockton Lions of Rockton, IL has been serving the state-line area for 75 years. We have many local fund-raisers such as Candy Day, Flower Day, a golf play day, a chili cook-off, and Old Settlers Days to name a few. The profits from these projects are funneled directly back into our community serving the needs of other organizations and individuals, while focusing on sight and sound related disabilities.

We do all this while having a great time together. Our club has over 60 members with average meeting attendance over 60%. The Rockton Lions is now the largest club in District D-1. Think about joining the Rockton Lions club, or volunteering for one of our many events. Visitors are welcome to come to meetings at any time, and you will probably be surprised to find that Lions isn't what you think.

We have eye glass recycling boxes all over the stateline. If you see a box with this logo, please bring old eyeglasses & cases, hearing aids and cell phones. We deliver them to The Center For Sight & Hearing. Local Lions clean them and match them up with needy recipients all around the world.

You can find one of these drop off boxes at the following locations: First National Bank-Macktown, Stillman Valley Bank, McCorkal Funeral home-Rockton, Jacks Tire- South Beloit, Rogers Barber Shop, Shirland School, Forest City Therapy, American Legion-Rockton, Walmart-Rockton, Illlinois Central Bus Company, Cyndys Country Cottage-Rockton, Talcott Free Library - Rockton, Cathy Bellich State Farm Insurance - Rockton, Taylor Freezer.
