8:00am: Registration begins

4:30pm: Game prizes and Silent Auction winners announced
5:00pm: Event concludes

Tickets come with 18 holes of golf, golf cart, course contests, two meals, and two drink tickets. Catered lunch, silent auction, live music, drinks, and 50/50 Golf Ball Drop courtesy of the Rockton Fire Department will take place at the pavilion immediately following the tournament.

The Jack Lovejoy Scholarship Fund is a career and technical education scholarship awarded annually to graduating seniors of Hononegah High School and South Beloit High School. Applicants must be pursuing a career that requires a post-high school professional certificate and/or an associate’s degree and typically does not require a bachelor’s degree. 100% of the proceeds from this event are donated to the scholarship fund.

Please visit our online store to have items shipped directly to your door before (or after) the event! Products are all printed locally by Embroid This in Machesney Park, IL. Available products include shirts, hats, 6-pack cooler, tumblers, water bottles, and other accessories. All orders must be placed at least two full weeks before the event in order to guarantee they are completed in time. In-store pick-up is also available. The JLMGO store is open all year long. 20% of all net proceeds go directly to the Jack Lovejoy Scholarship Fund.

HOLE SPONSOR ($300) – LIMIT THREE PER YEAR, FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE
* Note: we have met our limit on people setting up tables for 2024. This package can still be purchased.

  • Provide volunteers to run a table or game at a hole. Tables and games will be organized by your company and approved by a Lions Club committee member. Prizes should be provided by your company. Any proceeds will be donated to the scholarship fund. In the past people have drawn for prizes, played ‘guess how many balls in a jar’, mini putt, etc. We suggest bringing chairs and a pop-up canopy for shade. We also encourage you to bring your own logo recognition (banner, table cover, koozies, pens, golf balls, etc.).
  • Two refreshment meals will be provided for your volunteers
  • Two pavilion/luncheon-only passes will be provided for the volunteers to join our luncheon following the tournament

Payments can be made by filling out the form section below which include a 3%
card fee. If you choose to mail in your payment, please email our coordinator at
[email protected] or mail with a letter/note indicating your name and what you are paying for (golfer package, sponsorship package, luncheon only, names of attendees, ect)
. The Lions Club can provide you with a receipt and tax form once payment is received.
